We stand behind every piece of equipment we sell. If you're not satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Special order or custom-configured items may be subject to a restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at sales@vasttrades.com or call (360) 946-7687 with your order number.
  2. Our team will provide a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or defective.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Cosmetic wear or damage from mishandling
  • Damage from improper use or unauthorized modifications
  • Consumable parts (bulbs, batteries, filters, etc.)
  • Software or operating system issues
