Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with original tags and packaging where applicable. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items not in original condition or showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection may not qualify for a full refund.
How to start a return: Contact us at sales@vasttrades.com or wbwcustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number to request a return authorization. Items sent back without an approved return authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping: Vast Trades pays for return shipping on eligible returns. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange pickup once your return is approved.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and make it right.
Non-returnable items: Some items cannot be returned, including opened sterile or single-use medical supplies, custom or special-order items, hazardous materials, and any items where return is restricted by law or manufacturer policy. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges: The fastest way to receive an exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
