Shipping Policy
At Vast Trades, a trade name of OMWAH, INC (a Washington State registered business, UBI 603-128-871), we ensure fast and reliable shipping for all our customers.
- Handling Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery takes 4 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight LTL for large or heavy equipment.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
- Bulk & Freight Orders: Large or palletized shipments may require a freight quote. Contact sales@vasttrades.com or call (360) 583-4832 for bulk shipping arrangements.
Note: Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations. International shipping is available on request.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer 30-day returns under the following conditions.
Return Shipping — Who Pays
- Vast Trades pays return shipping if there is an issue with the item: the item arrived defective, damaged in transit, materially not as described, or the wrong item was shipped.
- Buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind, no-longer-needed, ordered-wrong-item, or any other buyer-initiated return.
Return Window & Conditions
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Item Condition: Returns must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and serial-numbered components included.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Restocking Fee: Items returned in non-original condition, missing components, or with signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.
What Can Be Returned
- Items that arrived defective, damaged, or materially not as described.
- Items still in original packaging with all components.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Sold As-Is at the listing.
- Single-Use Devices (per OEM labeling) that have been opened or used.
- Items with broken seals on sterile, calibrated, or tamper-evident packaging.
- Custom-ordered, special-procurement, or made-to-order items.
- Items returned outside the 30-day window or in non-original condition.
How to Start a Return
- Email sales@vasttrades.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, item, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
- If Vast Trades is paying return shipping (defective / damaged / not as described / wrong item), we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with the RMA number on the outside.
- Refund issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
