Shipping policy

Where we ship: Within the United States (lower 48). For Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping, email sales@vasttrades.com for a quote before ordering.

Handling time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.

Parcel items: Most items ship by UPS Ground. The shipping cost is shown at checkout. Shipping is never free, and the minimum shipping charge is $5.99.

Large and heavy items (freight): Large equipment ships by LTL freight. The flat freight price is shown on each listing (for example "Flat $400 freight, lower 48"). Freight is delivered curbside to a business address with a loading dock or forklift. If you need liftgate, residential, or inside delivery, email us before ordering for a quote; extra carrier charges are paid by the buyer.

Local pickup: Not available unless agreed in writing before the order.

Damage in transit: Inspect your shipment when it arrives. For freight, note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Email photos to sales@vasttrades.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Bulk orders: For 5+ items or combined freight, email sales@vasttrades.com for a quote.
